Why is wind considered renewable?

When wind turbines use the kinetic energy from the wind, they exploit only the energy and not the actual composition of the air. Energy will return to the air from the atmosphere based on the sun's heating and cooling of the atmosphere and create wind currents from the uneven cooling, unlike fossil fuels which cannot be reused- they are dead organism remains and the composition changes to water and carbon dioxide when the energy is exploited.
