B/c by definition that's what they do. As soon as you're not doing as the majority does, then you're deviating. It's isn't "bad" or "good" in itself, it's just different.
the answer for apex is D. Deviance is a concept that society applies to certain behaviors.
Because no tow people are the same. Some will be more different than others and some will be labeled as deviant.
Deviance is relative. What people consider deviant varies from culture to culture and from one group to another within the same society. As symbolic interactionists stress, it is not the act, but the reactions to the act, that make something deviant. -Henslin (2009) Sociology a down to earth approach.
the artist based his reputation on creating deviant works of art that disgusted most of the people
How people react to what was done. ~Apex
A microculture is a small, distinct group of people within a larger society who share common beliefs, values, and practices that set them apart from the mainstream culture. These groups can form based on specific interests, hobbies, or experiences, creating unique subcultures within a broader society.
When people within a culture are from different "mother" cultures, it creates cultural diversity and leads to subcultures in that some of the "mother" culture is practiced within the larger culture. For example, Chinese immigrants to the United States continue to practice some of the culture of China.
The three largest subcultures in Canada are English, French and Chinese. Along with ethnic, religious identity, it should be noted that Canadians further sub-divide subcultures by regions. Several other subcultures also have considerable impact in Canada, these include native, aboriginal people and people from the Caribbean.

Because only the acts specified by the legislature are the ones included in the statute and enforced. There is broad disagreement among many people what constitutes a "deviant" act. What is 'deviant' in one persons eyes, is an accepted practice in another's.
a full blown addiction will make people do things they normally wouldn't do to get drugs they will even begin ruining there bodys while there tolerance grows and the amount they use also grows and the frequancy of the use grows to society, crime is detremental its not like a society to condone drug addiction, its deviant behavior in society since the results are this need to go the extra mile to get more drugs in more more cases the extra mile means crime or self ruin. people love each other and want niether... unless the person is addicted and loves drugs more then people ofcourse....
If deviant crops were found in a field, that field was burned. People still survived on what was in the other fields... but theoretically, if ALL the crops had been deviant, then they could have starved rather than accepting any sort of deviance.
