When driving a car you are polluting the things around you and when you walk you are getting exercise.

Walk instead of driving; climb stairs instead of taking elevators or escalators. Eat less.

Walk or bike instead of driving, take the stairs instead of the elevator, park farther away from your destination when driving, go on a short walk or do jumping jacks when you crave something unhealthy, order water at restaurants instead of soft drinks, stretch for 5 minutes before going to bed at night, get plenty of rest!
Call a cab.
Whenever possible, walk or ride a bicycle instead of driving a car.
Walk/take public transport instead of driving, reduce, reuse, recycle, try to limit the amount if water your household uses, use technology instead of paper if possible...
On a personal level, turn off unwanted lights and electrical apliances, take a shower instead of a bath, keep showers as short as possible, walk or cycle instead of driving.
Bus! Because that's what you should be using for transportation instead of driving.
It depends on what you eat. If you walk 7 miles a day you should. If you don't you should try jogging 7 miles instead.
