Women's rights increased after World War II because women learned to become independent when virtually all the men entered the armed forces for the duration of the war. Women became more politically saavy as well as financially independent. More women continued to work and compete with men for some jobs. They're still trying to earn equal pay for equal work, but are making big political inroads on every level.

Gay rights were not increased immediately "after World War 2". The fight didn't even start until 1969, with the Stonewall Riots in New York. That was the turning point when the LGBT community finally had enough and started to push back.
One way that women's rights changed after World War 1 was that more women entered the work force. Women's rights also started to become a concern.
Answer this question…Women were given increased political rights.
world war 1
World War I significantly advanced the women's rights movement by providing women with new roles in the workforce, as they filled positions left vacant by men who went to war. This involvement demonstrated women's capabilities and contributions to society, leading to increased calls for gender equality and suffrage. Additionally, women's participation in the war effort helped shift societal perceptions about their roles, ultimately contributing to many countries granting women the right to vote shortly after the war. The war acted as a catalyst for change, solidifying the argument for women's rights in the post-war era.
