Note also that military or police operatives that have many kills to their name (snipers for instance) are not in any way factored into the studies I've seen. In summary, at this time all reputable studies seem to indicate that the percentate per capita of serial killers white versus black show Caucasians seem to commit this crime far more often than blacks.
