Though I'm sure at least a handful of teen deaths each year must have some link to obesity, I can't find any stats on that. There are tons of stats about overall deaths linked to obesity, as well as health risks to teens. Granted I only Googled the phrase in about 3 different forms and only scanned the first couple of pages for each. But I think that actual teenage death of obesity is not the main issue, as much as other health problems, and death later in life. I think many teen deaths due to heart attacks and related issues often involve a person with Heart disease or other genetic issues. Though someone may very well improve on my answer here and delete me entirely, I can say it can't be too many or it'd be easier to find the stats.
