It really depends on the part of the country, and what precautions you take. Countries which are war zones, like Iraq/Afghanistan, would probably be the most dangerous - but most countries have dangerous parts, i.e. Malaria in parts of South American, Dangerous animals in parts of Australia. I believe it ultimately depends on the traveller researching their destination and taking necessary precautions.

In China, a lot of uranium is used, therefore, there's a lot of nuclear energy which is really dangerous. Also, so many people smokes in China which adds even more air pollution. Nearby countries are affected by China. Many Chinese people are very rude and disrespectful. They tend to steal money from other people. Whenever they get angry, they often get physically aggressive. They sometimes even use weapons like guns to kill people. There have been a lot of wars going on in China like the nuclear explosion in Tianjin on August 2015. There have been a lot of reports of transportation accidents and diseases which killed millions of people per year. The Chinese law is very strict. When people breaks the law, they usually have a death penalty. However, when the law-breaker sees the police, they often fight with the police and won't reflect on what they've done. When they build structures like houses, they use bamboo instead of metal rod for scaffolding, therefore there were many reports of deforestation in China. Instead of recycling their waste, they burn it which wastes resources. They hunt a lot of animals no matter what situation they encountered. Chinese people have been also hunting dogs as well, which is really terrible. China also has the most wildfire because people often doesn't put out campfire and drop cigarettes on the forest floor. When the wildfire occurs, they don't put out and allows it to get worse. Chinese people don't care about global warming like what Donald Trump said.
