A senior supervisor during a census exercise is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the work of multiple enumerators in a specific area or region. They ensure that data collection is conducted accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with established protocols. Senior supervisors also provide guidance, support, and training to enumerators, resolve any issues that may arise, and communicate regularly with higher-level management on progress and challenges.
