cons: its destroying social intergration, which it originaly set out to aide, most of the reason for this is people are to scared to do or say anything any more, incase they offend some one, freedom dosent include being able to treat others like crap, equality would stop all such instances, but as we are not equal, you will have to be careful that anything you say, do or even thing dosent insult someone, or even somthing in their family that happend 60 yrs ago......
