Just out of curiousity, why are women (in the West anyway) obssessed with this 'equal relationship' thing? I see this as her 'always speaking her mind' or in English as 'not knowing when to be quiet'. That can be quite annoying for a guy. I can't see why any man would want an 'equal relationship'.
So to answer your question, one difficulty is annoying the man to death.
