EVERYBODY!

Answer: In the US and Canada, I think racism mostly affects the minorities such as blacks or any visible minority, plus invisible minorities such as Jews gays and lesbians. I think there's still a black gang in the US called The Black Panthers.not a gang I think they were known as a criminal gang, but maybe they were a racist gang against whites. Depends on your angle. And where you live. In general, it affects everyone. In the US, African Americans are affected by racism more than the Caucasian majority of the country. This is mostly due to the fact that for many years after the US won its independence, Americans used Africans as slaves. Hispanics are also treated unfairly and suffer from racism, though not as much.
