One step higher up were the hippies, still not much rights but they were treated better than the slaves. Then there were the low paying workers, that had a job but got very little money. Next there was the middle class. Normal people that had a good job and got enough payed, like you and I. One step higher were the high paying workers, that got a lot of money from their job. But even better was the government which was on top of everything.
