Answer 1
It may be because Christianity started 640 years before Islam.
Answer 2
Well, more people believe in Christianity because it is much more easier to practice it than to practice Islam. A true Muslim accepts many restrictions on his likes, dislikes, interests, earning his living, spending his earnings etc. He must speak truth in all situations. He must be tolerant, friendly, helpful, accommodating, sincere and loving to all. He must obey Almighty Allah (God) in letter and spirit. A true Muslims must do good deeds to please Almighty Allah. No recommendation, NOT even by the holy Prophet (SAW) can save him without the sweet Will of Almighty. But the Christians believe that mere belief in Jesus Christ may entitle them to enter Paradise without good deeds. Perhaps hat is why they are more in number. Though true Muslims are as rare to be found as are the Christians.
Answer 3
This is more of an accident of history than anything else. Christianity became the dominant religion of Europe while Islam became the dominant religion of the Middle East, North, Africa, and swathes of Asia. When Europe conquered the Americas, they transplanted a Christian population there as well as converting many Native Americans. Additionally, medical advances in Europe led to large population growth. Currently, the trend is shifting as the Developing World (where Islam is dominant) has the same medical care as the Christian-majority world, but much higher birth rates.
One reason is that Christianity has been around longer than Islam, allowing more time to attract followers. Additionally, Christianity's spread through colonization and missionary work has led to wider global reach. Cultural and societal factors also play a role in the growth of each religion.
There are approximately 2 million Christians (one million Catholics and one million Protestants of varying sects), plus 1 million Muslims. Thus, the total would be 3 million, or about half of the world's total population. (Of the other 3 billion of the world's population, 1.2 billion are Chinese, 1.1 billion are from India, and the rest include "all others").

The Muslim population is increasing mainly due to higher fertility rates compared to other religious groups, as well as conversions to Islam. Additionally, improved healthcare and increased life expectancy among Muslims contribute to the overall population growth.
possibly, it depends sometimes Muslims are richer or sometimes they're more poor

Christians started earlier than Islam. Islam was started in AD. Christian also started AD But I only think is 1 AD because Jesus Christ is not born on BC times or years... There will be more Christians than Muslims on the World.
