Trip pricing is variable until you actually send them the complete trip payment, which is due at least 75 days prior to departure for all trips. Once the final payment is made your price is locked in and prices are no longer subject to change.

The company requires a non-refundable deposit of $300/person, so you should be absolutely sure before making the deposit that you will be going on the trip, although they do have a trip-change policy, but each time you make a change to your trip it costs $150. Also, trip reservations are non-transferable.

The site is not totally clear on some points and customer service representative are not always friendly.
