Many cruise lines offer packages to the Bahamas. The largest and most well-known include Carnival, Disney Cruises and Holland America cruise lines. In addition, smaller companies like Direct Line Cruises offer cruises to the Bahamas. For a more complete listing and information on various companies offering Bahamas cruises, a local travel agent would probably be the best source of information.

Tourism provides jobs and income to the Bahamas.
Some advantages of tourism is , we have lovely beaches and we are one of the few places that stay warm during the winter and for people who are in snow al the time would spend as much money as they could to spend time in a place like the Bahamas. We have a tropical and relaxing feeling to our island and we also are very welcoming but w can also find some disadvantage in the Bahamas like the few unreseanable local workers and the trashdispue on the island. We alsao have a racing crime rate and a number of crimes that hapen at one time. We are not always tourist ready because with the economy going down , and the way we depend on the United states, we bearly have money to fix up and renovate our supplies and accomidations. -
First of all...you can't.You have to cross water to get from the US to the Bahamas. But I guess that you could make it in like a day and a half. It took me 20 hours to drive from Tampa,FL to DC.
No. The Bahama are made of limestone, with much of the material coming from old coral reefs.
