You go to dealing school to learn how. It might look easy but it is not.

Foxwoods only offers 6-deck and 8-deck blackjack. They do have good rules though. The dealer stands on "soft 17" and you can surrender.

I always prefer sitting the last seat to the dealer, that way I can see how everyone is playing. In the big picture it doesn't really matter, but if a player is not playing by the book or at least close, it can throw the hand off, and I'd rather sit out or bet low. The cards are cards, but when everyone is playing by the book or close, I still like the last seat.
