The age of consent in Colorado is 17, however there exists in the legislation close in age exceptions which allow those aged 15 and 16 to engage in acts with those less than ten years older and those less than 15 to engage in acts with those less than four years older. However a 17-year-old can not legally consent to person that is in position of trust.

18-3-402(1) Any actor who knowingly inflicts sexual intrusion or sexual penetration on a victim commits sexual assault if:(d) At the time of the commission of the act, the victim is less than fifteen years of age and the actor is at least four years older than the victim and is not the spouse of the victim; or (e) At the time of the commission of the act, the victim is at least fifteen years of age but less than seventeen years of age and the actor is at least ten years older than the victim and is not the spouse of the victim;

• Pennsylvania is in the Eastern Standard Time.

• Colorado is the 8th largest US State.
• Pennsylvania is the 33rd largest US State.

Other minor differences are that Colorado has the Broncos and Pennsylvania has the Steelers, Coors versus Yuengling, Aspen and Vail versus a few snow flakes, The Rockies versus the Appalachians, the Greenback Cuthroat Trout versus the Brook Trout, the Bighorn Sheep versus the White Tail Deer, if the elephant had existed in N;rth America when the Europeans got here they would exist in the wild in Colorado today etc.

Pennsylvania gave the US Hap Arnold, Smedley Butler, Independence Hall and Tun Tavern. Pueblo Colorado with a population of 104,000 has given the nation four Medal of Honor winners and a single high school that produced two.

Colorado survived the dustbowl and Pennsylvania survived the Johnstown flood, A mint exists in Denver and in Philadelphia. Colorado survived the Columbine Shootings and Pennsylvania survived Flight 93. Pueblo is known as Steel City and Pennsylvania has a Steel City. Colorado had Gold which created adventurers. Pennsylvania had iron ore, coal and oil which created industrialists.

Colorado has a liberal enclave in Boulder and Philadelphia has long been a center of Republicam politics. Pennsylvania is the birthplace of the Turnpike and Colorado might be considered the birthplace of the pothole. A great Pennsylvania author wrote a great novel about Colorado called Centennial. Colorado has a thriving Mennonite Community and Pennsylvania is the home to the Amish. Strangely Pennsylvania has more horses then Colorado but Colorado has more Elk, Bison and Moose then Pennsylvania.

Pennsylvania is nice and almost perfect but Colorado is nicer.
