Even though the 320 looks wider the 757 is bigger as it is more long. The 320 may look wider but actually they are roughly the same width and in most cases in a standard seat set up will both have 3 on each side of the isle.

Its hard to say as the 320 has many variations but are mainly the same size. Whereas the 737s variations are different sizes eg the 737-100/200/500/600 are the smallest but the 900 is biggest the 800 second biggest and the 400 third biggest. But if you took the biggest 737 and the 320 the 737 would be bigger.
