Waterfowl now requires steel shot. Check your barrel to see if you can shoot 3" Mag rounds. If so, that's the best thing going for geese. BB or "T" work well for the longer shots common for geese.

The .22 Long Rifle is a rimfire, whereas the .223 Remington is a centerfire cartridge. The .223 uses a longer 'spitzer' projectile vs. the rounded projectile of the .22 LR. The .223 tends to be a heavier projectile, and has a much higher velocity than the .22 LR.

definitely not. .32 ammunition is .32 caliber though the actual diameter of the bullet is usually between .315 and .319 inches. .380 ammunition is .355 inches in diameter (9mm) and would not fit down the barrel of a .32 caliber gun.

What is the benefit if any between 147 grain standard ammo and 124 grain plus p?
The 147 and 124 grain are bullet weights. The 124 grain bullet loaded to higher pressures (+P) will have a higher velocity than the standard load with a heavier 147 bullet. As far as penetration goes, I have seen tests where the 147 grain out performed the 115 grain +P but the 124 grain +P should be a good all around round.
Can you use 38 or 38 special bullet in a rifle?
To the best of my knowledge, no manufacturer has even made a .38 Special rifle, so no. .38 Special can be used in .357 Magnum revolvers, but that's because revolvers don't have a headspaced chamber - this cannot be done in firearms which have a headspaced chamber (as rifles typically do).
Can you shoot 5.56 ammo in Remington r15?
The R-15 uses SAAMI .223 Remington chambers and is not recommended for use with 5.56 ammo. Stick with commercial .223 and you'll be fine.
