it's good because it means humans don't suffer and it will benfit us for years as due to animal testing we have learnt more about illness and we know how to cure them. also you dont have to ask for the animals permisson to use them.

God has given us dominion over animals, to our use as food, clothing, and to work as draft animals and in farming etc. Unnecessary cruelty, like fighting dogs for human's amusement is unpleasing to God. Even eaten, with thankfulness and humane slaughter is permitted. Testing to benefit human life would seem to be OK, testing cosmetics or something frivolous is questionable at best.

Others get ill and get well again to live on to be made ill and recover more times. Other animals are given poison to see how and how fast they will die. Some are amputees and are used to see what effect the loss of limb or eye or ear will have on the animal.

Only the sickest and most disgusting shelters would sell there animals, but yes it does happen and shelters that dont sell often get tricked by people who come in saying they wont a petb but then carry them off to a lab to be tested on!!!
