The song is "You Don't Own Me", which was a hit by Lesley Gore. You can hear her version on the album recorded in 1963 "Lesley Gore Sings Of Mixed-Up Hearts".
HOWEVER, the version on the NFL commercial is a cover by April Smith and the Great Picture Show. You can confirm that on their website. That version is not currently available on any album.
LYRICS:
You don't own me, I'm not just one of your many toys
You don't own me, don't say I can't go with other boys
Don't tell me what to do
Don't tell me what to say
Please, when I go out with you
Don't put me on display,
'Cause You don't own me, don't try to change me in any way
You don't own me, don't tie me down 'cause I'd never stay
I don't tell you what to say
I don't tell you what to do
So just let me be myself
That's all I ask of you
I'm young and I love to be young
I'm free and I love to be free
To live my life the way I want
To say and do whatever I please
A-a-a-nd don't tell me what to do
Oh-h-h-h don't tell me what to say
And please, when I go out with you
Don't you dare put me on display
Hey, I don't tell you what to say
I don't tell you what to do
So just let me be myself
That is all that I ask of you
I am young and I love to be young
I'm free and I love to be free
To live my life the way I want
To say and do whatever...

The Falcons have been to the Super Bowl once-1998 season, played at the end of Jan 1999.
In 2010, the 7-2 start marks the 3rd time in franchise history to reach this mark. The first time since their 1998 run to the Super Bowl. Funny enough, 1n 1998 the Falcons at 14-2 did not have the NFC's best record. That was held by the NFC Championship Game Host Minnesota Vikings w an impressive 15-1 record in 1998. With stand rookie Randy Moss. The game could have been won had sure footed Gary Anderson made what for him was a chip shot of 38 yards with just over 2 min left to wrap the game up. The Falcons then drove down to score the game tying touchdown to send the game into overtime, where another Andersen (spelled with an E, and first name Morten) kicked the game winning field goal in overtime to send the "Dirty Birds" to their first and only Super Bowl.
The game was lost before it began. Eugene Robinson was arrested the night before the Super Bowl for solicitation. This distraction was too much for the vaulted Falcons who fell to the Broncos with a lackluster performance; the only highlight for the Falcons was Tim Dwight's kick off return for a score.
From WikiPedia: Super Bowl XXXIII was an American football game played on January 31, 1999, at Pro Player Stadium in Miami, Florida to decide the National Football League (NFL) champion, following the 1998 regular season. The American Football Conference (AFC) champion Denver Broncos (17-2) defeated the National Football Conference (NFC) champion Atlanta Falcons (16-3), 34-19. Denver was the last NFL team to repeat as Super Bowl champions until the New England Patriots in 2005's Super Bowl XXXIX.
At 38 years old, Denver quarterback John Elway became the oldest player ever to be named Super Bowl MVP. As the final game of his career, he completed 18 of 29 passes for 336 yards and one touchdown, and also scored a 3-yard rushing touchdown. Elway retired on May 2 before the following season.
NFL owners awarded Super Bowl XXXIII to the Miami area during their October 31, 1996 meeting in New Orleans. This was the eighth time that the area hosted the game, and the third at Pro Player Stadium. Following Super Bowl XXXII it would be the last back-to-back Super Bowls played outdoors until Super Bowls XLIII and XLIV. This started a streak of 11 straight Super Bowls in which every game with the NFC as the home team was played outdoors and every one with the AFC as the home team was played indoors.
The San Francisco Baseball Giants existed since 1958.
The New York Baseball Giants existed since 1883.
The New York Football Giants existed since 1925.
When it was announced Atlanta would be receiving an NFL expansion franchise for the 1966 season, a contest was held to name the team. A schoolteacher suggested the Falcon because it was "Noble" and "A bird of Prey". The original logo was redrawn in 2004 to look more like a streaking falcon.
The Braves have a few different color combinations that they wear at home. The standard is white with red lettering, but they also have a red jersey with white pants, which is their military appreciation uniform. They also have a cream-colored alternative uniform they wear occasionally.
Bobby Hebert was the Falcons' starting quarterback for 12 games in 1993. His back-up was Billy Joe Tolliver. Chris Miller was the starting quarterback when the season began, but he was injured early on, and Hebert took over the quarterbacking duties.
Through the 2016 season, Atlanta leads the overall series between the rivals, 51 to 45. The total includes regular-season games and a 27-20 Falcons playoff victory over the Saints after the 1991 season.
The Seahawks have played the Steelers 17 times in their franchise history. Seattle has an 8-8 regular season record, and are also 0-1 in their only postseason meeting (Super Bowl XL).
