NO!!!
'Big Ben' is the bell in the Elizabeth Clock Tower, of the Palace of Westminster.
Two other named bells are 'Great Tom' in the Clocktower of St. Paul's Cathedral in London, and the 'Czar Kolokol ' or 'Tsar Bell', In the Kremlin in Russia. This bell is cracked, and so has never been rung.
There probably many more bells aroun the world with names, including the Liberty Bell in Philapelphia . USA.
I suppose you could live inside these bells, because they are so big, they would keep you dry and give you room to stretch out and sleep. However, nobody lives in a bell.
Big Ben weighs 13.5 tons, about equivalent to two large Elephants.
The Big Ben tower is in the royal museum in Marelybone.

Big Ben is the bell inside the Elizabeth Tower in London and a landmark. It has stood there since it was finished being built in 1858. It has never gone abroad.
To be precise, Big Ben is actually the 14 ton bell within the clock tower of the Palace of Westminster in London. It is named after Sir Benjamin Hall who was the commissioner of works when the bell was installed in 1859. However, most people now refer to the clock itself as Big Ben.

They might indeed call the clock Big Ben but that does not make it right! I don't think it can be said to have been "invented" because the design and construction principles of large turret-clocks like this were already well established by the time this one was designed & built. There may be specific parts such as the escapement, that were new developments for it.
Big Ben isn't open to the public at any time.
Speak with your local MP if you want to visit the Tower. They can arrange it for you.

Yes, Big Ben is a tourist attraction that is located in the City of Westminster and although the public are unable to enter inside many 'important people' are allowed inside. If you get on one of London's Double Decker tourist buses it should go past the clock tower (Big Ben) and many tourists can then get pictures of the famous building.
Big Ben is a historical landmark, and like all landmarks of this nature they are priceless in value. There is no publicly disclosed value for what it maybe insured for.
