I've been there and you have nothing to worry about. It takes a while to get used to it. If you really need one that is. If you are a a-cup or a B-cup you might be more comfortable with a training bra and there are many different sorts of those. Like a tight top for instance. You will need one for gym class anyway. If you really need a bra you might feel uncomfortable to show off your breasts and there are bras made to make your breasts look smaller. It can be embarrassing in the store but you can ask a lady who works there to prepare for you different ones to try put and come back the next day. She has done this many times and is the expert. Don't be embarrassed to tell her you are shy or scared, she is used to it. Bring a friend or your mom and a lot of patience. it takes time to choose a bra that is really comfortable. And you will discover how many cute bras are out there. I would choose sports bras for gymclass, t-shirt bras that doesn't show under t-shirts and just normal bras. Remeber to choose more then one. You wear them for more then one day at a time so if you sweat you will need one while one is washed.

When you lose weight can your bra go down in cup sizes?
Yes, depending on where the weight is lost. The breasts sit on top of the pectoral muscles and are anchored by a series of tendons. They do not 'float' away from the body as fat tissue builds up around the rib cage. Instead, as the fat tissue grows part of the breast becomes enveloped. Some women's breasts do not increase in size during weight gain. This causes the bust size to increase while the cup size decreases.
As you loose weight the opposite can occur. Many women loose breast tissue while loosing weight, since they are largely a fatty tissue. However, not all women do lose size. This is why it appears that they have grown.
PS. Since they are in the same system as the pectoral muscle, doing chest exercises can help re-firm the breasts after weight loss. Find a guy with really nice pecs and have him show you what he does, just tone it down a bit.
