While soy milk, like all soy products, contains phytoestrogens, which are weak estrogen-like compounds, there hasn't been evidence to suggest that modest to high consumption of soy products encourages breast growth. It's possible that consumption of highly concentrated phytoestrogens might cause breast growth just as estrogen-containing birth control pills do, but normal soy consumption would not. • To make your buttocks and thighs bigger eat as much greasy food that you can.
• Protein and calcium. Drink lots of milk.
• Papaya juice.
• Cereal and cheese toast does the trick.
• Chicken is the answer to big breasts because of all the hormones that get injected into it.
• Cauliflower, chicken, milk, peanut butter, and drinking Kool-Aid with a load of sugar.
• I heard that if you eat carrots and green vegetables it will make your breasts bigger.
• Thick and creamy foods will make your thighs bigger.
• Eat five hot dogs every night before you go to bed; it is the fastest way to get bigger buttocks.
• In Chinese tradition there are certain foods and drinks which are said to enhance the breasts and the internet has several Chinese language forums discussing this subject, complete with recipes. The only English language forum on this subject can be found at Breast Nexus, which is a collection of forums and other resources on the various methods of natural breast enhancement.
• Since foods such as soy milk contain natural estrogen, and that is supposed to help, if you wanted to try food why not try soy rich foods.
• Since the breasts store fat, anything fattening will make them larger. The downside to this is you will gain weight all over as well and your breasts will become saggy.
