What you and I might think is annoying, somebody else might think is cute and clever. We won't know for the next couple of months: once the ad agency (I believe it's the well-known New York agency Saatchi & Saatchi) determines the sales figures for the product, they will either drop the ad (if it didn't lead to more sales) or keep it around and annoy us with it even longer.
