Remove OSF wheel, secure vehicle on axle stands, now remove the inner wheel arch cover, which is secured by trim clips which are removed with a screwdriver and long nose pliers. On the forward edge of the wheelarch is a no 20 torx screw, there also two more under the front bumper, remove these and remove inner wheel arch cover.
You can now see the washer bottle at the front of the wheel arch. you can just about get to the washer pump, but it is a lot easier to remove the 10mm bolt that secures the innermost side of the washer bottle from within the wheelarch, the washer bottle will now have some movement and you can now easily pry out the pump from the grommet, remove the hoses and disconnect the electrical supply.
instal new pump and reverse above to replace
