The dashboard assembly will need to be removed. This can sometimes be as simple as a couple of screws around the circumference of the HUD and some hidden clips. Or some special screws on the engine bay side which is very uncommon. Once the dash and side skirts are removed you will have access to the lighting (bulbs, leds). I recommend replacing the light with an LED, because of the nature of LED's they never need replacing again.

For the 2002-2009 (pre-facelift) right-hand drive (UK) version the BSI unit is in the glovebox compartment behind the pop-off panel with a fuse symbol on it. The fuses visible behind this panel are actually on the BSI itself.

The location is not necessarily the same in European models or the post-facelift (2009 onwards) versions.

First, use a jack or a hoist to lift the vehicle, supporting the cars body on jack stands if not using a hoist. Remove the wheel, the bread drum or caliper, hub cap and hub nut. Remove the hub bearing using a bearing puller if required. Install the new hub bearing with grease, and re-install all parts, tightening to the manufacturer's specifications.

if its the new 1.3hdi stop start it needs to go to a citroen dealer, i had same problem after it was serviced at local garage, i ran it to citroen and they told me it needed a service, i explained its just had a service, and they reset it for free :-)

dont bother trying to do this unless you have a can of petrol handy to burn it out,

you will need to disconnect wishbones,anti roll bar,sub frame,dis con exhaust,i will be very surprised if when you do this you dont find bolts that spin around as the nuts have come free from their welded position on sub frame,the only nuts that staywelded are holding the bloody turbo in place..next step get you can of petrol dowse the car thoroughly and set fire to the bas***d

France, Czech republic, Poland depends on which model but they are a French company part of the PSA group, apart from the Citroen C1 which is made by Toyota in Japan along with the Peugeot 107 and is basically a Toyota Eygo with french badges on it and some different styling.The C1 is essentially Japanese designed and built also the newer 3rd generation C5 Was designed in conjunction with BMW.

Manual gear box oil: Total Transmission (B.V 75W-80W)

part no. 9730. A2 or Citroen gear oil 2L part no. 9736.41

Automatic gear box are sealed unit: Citroen gear oil 2L part no. 9736.22

Remove OSF wheel, secure vehicle on axle stands, now remove the inner wheel arch cover, which is secured by trim clips which are removed with a screwdriver and long nose pliers. On the forward edge of the wheelarch is a no 20 torx screw, there also two more under the front bumper, remove these and remove inner wheel arch cover.

You can now see the washer bottle at the front of the wheel arch. you can just about get to the washer pump, but it is a lot easier to remove the 10mm bolt that secures the innermost side of the washer bottle from within the wheelarch, the washer bottle will now have some movement and you can now easily pry out the pump from the grommet, remove the hoses and disconnect the electrical supply.

instal new pump and reverse above to replace
