Where is child lock relay on citroen c3?
The relay is a Bitron 232303 and it is located directly above the diagnostics socket in the glove compartment (which is itself directly above the main BSI board). The relay is well hidden under a curved plastic shroud which is very difficult to remove fully.
To get access to it, remove the lower glove box door and surround. Find the OBD diagnostics socket. Release the plastic shroud that runs over the top of it by pressing out the plastic fastener to the right of the diagnostics socket.
This will free the shroud up enough to lift it slightly and see the relay. Access is tight, I got it out using a pair of mole grips entering from the right hand side. The relay just pulls straight out to the right; there are no clips securing it.

Take out the plastic lens cover over the bulb. You will need a small screw driver to push and it should pop out. Replace the bulb (Bulb: W 5 W ). Replace the lens which should click in place.
