I don't believe that there are actual cheat codes for Command and Conquer Red Alert 3. However, there are some clever dodges that you can use. For example, when you are doing the Mt. Fuji mission, you can pilot snipe Emperor Yoshiro and make him easy to kill. Or you can take the Proton Collider at Von Esling airbase by using the Iron Curtain on a bullfrog transport and man-cannoning an engineer onto the island with it. Be careful though, because the Spectrum Towers will shoot you.
