I'm afraid that they are not. Technically you can make a healthy doughnut, but it would basically be a bagel topped with lettuce. If we are talking about crispy creme or dunkin' donuts then no. Doughnuts are very unhealthy and should only be eaten in moderation.

I would hope not because what if a kid goes in and buys a lot of them and gets drunk you know the donuts place is gunna get in trouble plus you cant sell alcohol to a minor even if it is in food trust I have had experience so mostly likely they will not have alcohol in them.

well it is proven that rice crispy treats are more healthy than donuts. better decision for your children is rice crispy, although surveys have shown that donuts are found "yummier"

i would say that a bare donut is the most healthiest because it does

not have all of the commodities such as: icing, peanuts, m & m's, etc. So since it doesn't have all of that it is the healthiest donut!

Just based on the small amount of information you gave. I would say ringworm. Either go to the Doctor, or you can try putting Athletes Foot cream on it. Ringworm is a Fungus, not worms. It is INCREDIBLY contagious!

They have tons of sugar and are high in sodium ( salt ) which is a bad thing. If you have to much of it it can make you larger and unhealthy. Having a doughnut once in a while is fine but not one a week or every day. I learned from experience.

Donuts, cakes, cupcakes, danishes, cookies, and similar items have a high sugar and carbohydrate content and not too much of any other nutrients. For most people. it is a nice snack to enjoy occasionally or as a desert, but it is not a substitute for real food.

These foods can and do contribute to obesity which can trigger diabetes. The sugars in donuts can make a diabetic sicker which can result in loss of limb, blindness, other problems and can lead to death. Including bread and other wheat related foods, the wheat in donuts can make a person with celiac disease very sick.
