It depends on the country in question:
Australia - I have called the company whom advised that all cheese chips contain pork, for flavor enhancer.
Israel - Doritos are kosher because they are made with all kosher ingredients
America and Canada: Some, but not all, flavors of Cheetos, Doritos, Lay's Chips, and Sun Chips use pork enzymes (not pork fat) to develop 'unique flavors'.
Arab markets - Doritos have been introduced to this region but with limited flavour choices.
Please visit the Frito Lay website link below for their list of Doritos that do and don't contain pork products.
the one that does not have U or K which K means kosher.
Dextrose is another name for glucose, and as you may know, glucose is a sugar, the simplest form of sugar in fact. The only reason that Frito Lay labels the ingredient as dextrose and not glucose is because dextrose is seemingly more consumer-friendly looking, since many do not know what it is. Therefore, dextrose is inserted into Doritos to add a slightly sweeter taste to Doritos. Its purpose is not very big and I'm sure that Doritos would be the same if it were taken out.
Doritos is a brand of flavored tortilla chips created by Arch West and produced since 1964 by the American food company Frito-Lay (a division of PepsiCo, Inc.).[1] Doritos are sold in many countries worldwide in assorted flavors.

To make a dorito the kernels are cooked, washed and ground to make a masa dough. The dough is then kneaded and rolled flat into thin sheets, which are then cut into the classic Doritos shape. The chips are subsequently toasted, cooked in Sunseed oil, seasoned and packed
Doritos are known contain a lot of cornstarch from the corn made tortilla and high amounts of carbohydrates from the cheese. Researches have shown that doritos consuming in high amounts can lead to heart problems or arteries diseases depending on what type of dorito it is. Despite doritos not as fattening as regular cheetos or potato chips, they are more of a health concern for certain people.

Does the red bag of doritos have pork in it?
No, honey, the red bag of Doritos does not have pork in it. Those spicy, cheesy chips are made with a blend of corn, artificial flavors, and enough orange dust to make your fingers look like you just got a bad spray tan. So, go ahead and enjoy your snack without worrying about any sneaky pork ingredients hiding in there.

I would have to disagree to the previous answers. It is not sufficient enough and leads to other questions.
In order to answer this questions you asked your self, if a chemical reaction has taken place regarding all enzymes from non halal animals. This answer also depends on which Marja you follow. As regard to the chemical change: If the enzyme used goes through a chemical process such that it completely changes the composition of the enzyme it is halal. There are also more components to this questions, but generally speaking this is sufficient enough. So the other question that you must ask is, has the product gone through a complete chemical change (Istahalak)? Now the company of the product you are inquiring about most likely will not know this unless they have done a DNA composition test on the before and after of the processing of the product. However, I am sure that you can find someone online that has done that.
Now if you live in the United States, most Marja will tell you that for items most would believe not to have animal products you are not required to research them. For example, most soups have a base of some type of meat stock. This is well known by most. So Muslims check the ingredients and this is shown to be true. Now if one where to pick up an item such as juice or bread common items that would not typically contain meat product BUT contain enzymes or other minute ingredients you are NOT required to go further and check where each enzyme comes from.
There are many ingredients such as pepsin, animal fat and such that are obvious. The not so obvious typically Istahalak takes place.
You will find that you will not only exhaust yourself but not be able to eat much in this country if you "research everything" Unless it states obvious ingredients don't tire yourself. Allah knows best.
