The same applies to your piercings be sure to wash them and look after them so the tissue stays healthy and happy. If you get your piercings done by a professional body piercer there is no risk that an earring will become embedded. Piercing guns are the only reason studs become embedded in piercings, that's why professional body piercers hate piercing guns so much. Piercing guns are used by people with no knowledge of the bodies ability to heal, and therefore they care less about your piercing or your health. it's just a pay cheque to them. See a professional body piercer who will use jewellery designed to work with you and your personal style while still caring about you and your piercing.

You are trying to fix too big a stud in too small a hole. now you need to treat the piercing like a new piercing for a few weeks till the tear in the piercing heals.

Piercings often will grow tighter as they heal, this does not mean you should force your jewelry around to "loosen it up". Just let it heal and over time your body will accommodate the foreign piece of metal.

Other than "don't wear earrings," there's not much else to say. However, I have rather sensitive ears and can't wear the trendy earrings on a regular basis. For a temporary solution, I recommend this: clean the posts thoroughly with rubbing alcohol. Then, coat them with a thin layer of clear nail polish (believe me when I say thin; get the layer too thick, and either the backing won't go on, or it will push the polish off, exposing your ears to the harsh metals underneath) and let them dry completely (very important). Once they are dry, you can wear the earrings for much longer than you would otherwise. I'm not guaranteeing there won't be any irritation whatsoever, but I've always experienced significantly less by doing this. I would, obviously, not recommend this if you are allergic to nail polish ;)

Sounds like some kind of riddle. You probably want to do a warm sea salt soak on your piercing to loosen it up.

What you need to do is get rid of the Sheppard's hooks on those earrings, the earring it's self weighs too much for the hook and is actually cutting your lobe over time, change the hooks to a thicker gauge wire and you should be OK

The ball just pushes off to one side of the ring, however due to the location a difficulty involved in getting the ring in there in the first place you should go see a professional body piercer for assistance in removal and maybe selecting jewellery that is easier to change.
