Soaking the jewellery in 70% Isoproply alcohol for 30 minutes will disinfect them quite well, you can also do a two stage disinfection, soak the earrings in Hydrogen Peroxide for 5 minutes, rinse them off and then into 70% ispoproyl alcohol for 25 minutes. Now keep in mind this only disinfects them this does not sterilize them, to sterilize the jewellery you would need to put it into an autoclave at 115 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes at a pressure of 15 ~ 18 Psi. I always run 130 degrees for 30 minutes at 35 Psi just to be sure. Now disinfection does not mean the jewellery can be worn by someone else, just you. If the jewellery is to be worn by anyone else you need to sterilize it, not disinfect it. Bacteria and other micro organisms can live in small fissures and cracks in the jewellery finish, only the high heat and pressure of an autoclave will kill the bacteria and micro organisms that can cause infections.

Ice the front and back of the ear lobe to reduce the swelling which will allow the removal of the back of the earring. If this does not enable removal, then the skin may have grown around the backing and removal under local anesthesia may be required by a physician.

Hold front still and pull the back earing out. If you dont get any joy- go to the place where you got it done and they might take it our for you. It worked for me!

If you're talking about piercing your own eyebrow with an earring, then probably not. It's not sharp enough to pierce the skin. You need a sterilized needle. It's possible that those lumps are little cysts that occur for some people when they get their ears pierced. They are hard, skin-colored bumps that pop up above the skin and essentially don't go away. They might also be cysts that stay inside, and you can just feel the by pressing your fingers softly against that part of the ear.

In both of those cases, it's ok and there's n ot much to do; they may go away and they may not.
