c. Is an outstanding example of an architectural ensemble or landscape

The Eiffel Tower in Paris is 300m high and is made of steel. Between Summer and Winter its height changes by as much as 7.5cm. This is because in:

a) SUMMER,

due to the heat the attractive forces become slower and unable to hold the molecules at the correct places so we get shorter.

b)WINTER,

the opposite process to the above takes place in Winter and is known as contraction.

Notice than in hot, Summer sunny days, due to the same phenomenon, the side of the tower exposed to the sun shows some dilatation; owing to that dilatation following the course of the sun, the Eiffel tower summit looks smaller a it but its just us getting taller.

It is valuable to people because the Eiffel tower represents the french revolution. Many french people enjoy the Eiffel tower of their victory just how we admire the Statue of Liberty here in America.

The theory is it is because the metal particles expand when they get hot and then goes back to its original size once its cooled down in the summer, but in reality it is because us humans get shorter and shorter. So we think it is getting taller when actually we are just getting shorter.

Well, the height of the first platform is 57.63 mtrs, so it would be reasonablly accurate to say that that's how tall the tower legs are... Legs of the tower were so divided in parts, the pressure of stiletto heels on a squared inch is higher than the pressure of any "leg" of the Eiffel Tower on any squared inch.
