Toadkit becomes Toadfoot, and Marshkit, I don't know. I have never seen him in any of the books, but Erin Hunter hints that he is alive by saying he was growing up with his siblings. It is possible he had his name changed.

I got the book yesterday and have finished.
1. Briarpaw (Greystripe/Millie's kit) is paralyzed in the lower back from a falling tree and use of her hind legs are lost. (She use the front)
2. She received the warrior name Briarlight.
3. Tigerstar and Hawkfrost are training Ivypaw for battle.
4.Dovepaw develops an affection for Tigerheart of ShadowClan (typical.)
5. Ivypaw has Hawkfrost visit her in a dream, and he tells her that ShadowClan is planning to attack, so Firestar must take the strip of land he gave away in Starlight back.
6. Firestar does so, and a battle ensues.7. Leopardstar and Russetfur die, Mistystar becomes leader, and Firestar loses a life. 8. Longtail dies.
9. Leafpool becomes a warrior, but helps Jayfeather with Briarlight.
10. Jayfeather visits StarClan and the Place of No Stars, when he goes to the Moonpool and sees the faint outline of Firestar. Yellowfang explains he will be able to see and hear when he fully dies, and they see the faint outlines of other cats, "dead and long forgotten".
What happens if a leader has kits in the warrior books by Erin Hunter?
If a tom has kits, it makes no difference; he can still carry on with his normal duties. Female leaders are not encouraged to have kits, but they can make it work if she does. Usually she moves to the nursery while the deputy takes over her duties. Read the "SkyClan and the Stranger" manga set to see how this works.

This is not likely. Erin Hunter is a professional author and will probably not want kids writing the books. However, kids and other fans of the series can write fanfiction.
