How does methodists celebrate communion?
The communion is called the "Lord's Supper." It is a church's congregation's decision on how and who is part of the supper.
An explanation of the supper is usually given to those in attendance. It is announced that it is open to all, open to baptised believers or open only to those that are members of the congregation.
The preacher gives a blessing on the bread and bread is passed out in a tray and each person takes a piece. Usually it is already portioned for each person. The preacher will say, "Take, Eat, For this is my body that is broken for you." Everyone participating eats the bite.
A blessing for the grape juice is given and then passed out in small cups to each person. The preacher says, " Take, Drink, for this is my blood that is shed for you."
Many churches will then leave the building without saying anything until they are outside of the building.

This Do in Remembrance of MeMany religious groups celebrate many feasts like Christmas, Easter, Ash-Wednesday and many others in remembrance of Christ. What does the Bible say about these celebrations? Let us find out from the scriptures.
From Genesis through Malachi, nothing is said to be done in remembrance of Christ, but in the Gospels and in the Epistles, a feast is instituted to be done in Christ's remembrance and that is the Lord's Supper.
God sent Christ to die and deliver us from our sins. (Romans 5.8.) Before His death, He commanded His disciples to partake of the supper in His remembrance. (Matthew 26.26-28; Mark 14.22-25; Luke 22.14-19.) "And as they were eating, Jesus took bread, and blessed it, and brake it, and gave it to the disciples, and said, 'Take, eat; this is My body.' And He took the cup, and gave thanks and gave it to them, saying, 'Drink ye all of it; for this is My blood of the New Testament, which is shed for many for the remission of sins." (Matthew 26.26-28.) Note: All the four gospels give the same account, and in Luke 22.19, Jesus said, "This do in remembrance of me." Also, the apostle Paul wrote to the church at Corinth concerning the Lord's Supper, when he heard they were partaking of it improperly. (1 Corinthians 11.20-34.) In verse 23 it reads: "For I have received from the Lord, that which I also delivered unto you, that the Lord Jesus Christ the same night in which He was betrayed, took bread, and when He had given thanks, He brake it and said, 'Take, eat; this is My body which was broken for you. This do in remembrance of Me."
From this, we can see that Paul quoted what was already recorded in the gospels and is exactly what Christ told His disciples. In fact, apart from this supper, nothing else is said in the Bible to be done in Christ's remembrance. Neither Christmas or Easter is mentioned anywhere in the Bible as a memorial of our Lord. Any one or group of people who do this is/are pleasing men and not Jesus Christ.

How do Catholics recognize the Real Presence of Christ in the Holy Eucharist outside of Mass?
Once bread has been transformed into the Body of Christ, great reverence is shown to it, the same reverence that is due to God, naturally. The Body of Christ is reserved in the Tabernacle, and a candleburns there 24/7 when He is there. Everybody shows reverence to it by genuflecting upon entering or leaving the Church and anytime that they might pass in front of the Tabernacle. We recognize Our Savior's presence through faith.

How is the Eucharist a source of inner strength?
The Most Blessed and Holy Eucharist is the Body and Blood, Soul and Divinity of Our Blessed Lord, Jesus Christ, truly and really present under the forms of bread and wine. Thus, a worthyreception of the Eucharist is to become one with Our Blessed Lord, and to be transformed into Him. Of course, this is only true if it is a worthy reception. For that one must be in a state of grace (having been to a good confession and having no sins on your soul), make a good preparation before Mass, and a good Thanksgiving afterward. To receive the Eucharist in any other fashion is extremely detrimental. Read St. Paul
For he that eateth and drinketh unworthily, eateth and drinketh judgment to himself, not discerning the body of the Lord. 1 Corinthians 11:29

How does the Eucharist help in Christian decision- making?
The Most Holy Eucharist, and Its effects are covered in paragraphs 1322-1419, and others in The Catechism of the Catholic Church. Keeping in mind that the Eucharist is nothing other than the Body and Blood, Soul and Divinity, of the God-man, Jesus Christ; a worthy reception of the Holy Communion would make you a saint instantly. Few of us ever make "worthy" Holy Communions, although we are certainly to try. We do this first of all by regular reception of the sacrament of penance (no less than once a month, and preferably every week or two), a good preparation before Mass, and a good Thanksgiving after Mass. God is giving us everything in giving us Himself, and we can only benefit from it, if we try to be as pure as possible, not only in our lives, as in free from sin, but pure in our motives, and humble before the greatness of Almighty God. If we cultivate this holiness and humbleness through regular prayer, regular reception of the sacraments of Penance and the Eucharist, then we will align our wills with that of God, and begin to make the correct decisions for our lives. Some of the effects of worthy reception of the Eucharist include: cleanses and separates us from sin, commits us to the poor, communicates the mystery of the communion of the Holy Trinity, establishes the community of believers, as a foretaste of the future life, as growth in Christian life, as an increase of the grace received in Baptism, as the source of conversion and penance, as spiritual food, transforms man through Christ, unites with Christ, unites Christians, unites with the heavenly liturgy, we participate in Christ's sacrifice. (from the Index of the Catechism on the effects of the Eucharist.)
