Go to Account - top right corner of the FB page. Click that then select Privacy Settings from the Drop Down Menu. Go through all the menu's under privacy - set everything to FRIENDS ONLY. Then click the link to PREVIEW your profile. You will then see what non-friends see. Which should be your Profile Pic (Can't privatize that - so choose a non face one if you are hiding) and at the least the public pages you are a fan of.

You will have to privatize your photo albums separately.

You can't become "Invisible" on Facebook Chat. Instead you can appear "Offline" though still be on Facebook, just others cannot see that you are online.

You can only view the photos if the owner has published them so that you as a facebook user have the right to see them. Facebook currently allows to publish an album to "Everyone", "Friends of Friends", "Friends", "Only me".

So if the pictures are published only for friends, you have to fight to get into the friends group.
