They're definitely fake, some of the less impressive ones may be real, but for the most part these things just aren't possible. For example in Braylon Edwards' video, he put on a blindfold and supposedly caught 3-4 footballs without being able to see, but then he somehow knows just where to look when he's talking to the camera. And let's be honest, it's just not humanly possible to catch that many footballs without looking.

3RR stands for 3rd Round Reverse. This refers to a particular method of establishing draft order in a fantasy football league (or other fantasy league, for that matter). A very common method of establishing a draft order is to use a serpentine style draft order where the order that the teams pick in the 2nd round of the draft is the opposite of the order that the teams drafted in the first round. In the serpenting method, whomever gets the LAST pick in the first round then gets the FIRST pick in the 2nd round. Whoever had the first overall pick does not pick again until the FINAL pick of the 2nd round. Then the 3rd round repeats the order used in the 1st, the 4th repeats the order used in the 2nd, and so on. In a 3rd Round Reverse format draft, the procedure is exactly the same as in a serpentine draft EXCEPT the 3rd round draft order is exactly the same as the 2nd round. Then the 4th round follows the order used in the 1st round, with the 5th round following the order used in the 2nd round, and a regular serpentine style alternating order for all remaining rounds of the draft. Some belive the 3RR style draft is a more competitive way to ensure that all fantasy team owners are given an equal shot at obtaining a talented squad in the draft. 3RR drafts are generally not used in leagues with a small number of teams, and are usually only found in use in larger leagues. The chart below compares the first four rounds of a serpentine draft to the first four rounds of a 3RR draft for a 14 team league. A typical snake draft, in which the team that drafts first in round one drafts last in round two is felt to give an advantage to the team that holds the first overall pick due to the drop off in talent for the team drafting last in the first round and due to the team with the first overall pick getting 3 of the top 21 players (in a ten man league.)

In the afore mentioned ten team league, the first team gets draft picks 1, 20 and 21 (average 14) while the last team to draft gets picks 10,11 and 30 (average 17) which works out to an average of three draft spots per round (as well as getting the best player in the league with the first pick.)

The Single-slant Snake draft is an attempt to alleviate this discrepancy. In the single slant draft, the first two rounds remain as in the standard snake (i.e. 1&20 or 10&11.) However, instead of reverting back to the team with the first pick getting the 21str pick in round three, the draft order repeats from round 2, giving the team that drafted last in round one the FIRST pick in round 2 AND 3 while the team that had the first overall pick gets the LAST pick in round 2 AND 3. In this case, the team with the first overall pick gets picks 1, 20 and 30 (average 17) and the team that drafts last gets picks 10, 11 and 21 (average 14.) This method is intended to provide entire roster equity because of the huge value difference between the first and last pick of the first round.

Testing shows that even with the single slant method, the team with the overall number one pick still maintains an advantage, just not as large as in a standard snake draft. Testing also shows that if the slant draft is repeated (double slant draft) for an extra round (team with last pick in first round gets first pick in rounds 2, 3 AND 4, the team with the last overall pick in the first round has an advantage.

In summary, the single slant snake draft is closest to balanced of the three methods and the first pick overall still has an advantage, albeit a smaller one.

Points are taken away for every fumble, interception thrown and field goal missed. In ESPN leagues for example every fumble and INT are -2pts.

If a RB fumbles the ball on his 1st run of the game and is injured during the play and is unable to return to the game he would finish with -2pts.

Also, nearly every week there are a few D/ST (Defense/Special Teams) that score negative points. Every D/ST begins each game with 10pts. Points are taken away for points allowed and yards allowed. So if a Defense gives up 40pts and 600 yards of offense, they are most likely going to end the game with negative points unless they can come up with multiple INTs, fumble recoveries or Defensive TDs.

Individual Defensive Player. In these leagues you pick individual defensive players rather than team defenses. They usually get points for tackles, sacks, and interceptions.

I was listening to The Fantasy Jungle podcast the other day and they were talking about a couple of the rookies as being sleeper kickers, both Taylor Mehlhaff of the Saints and Brandon Coutu of the Seahawks should get a lot of chances.

You want to play against the 30 green. Example- in ESPN if you start a QB it shows your opponents defense rank against QBs ( passing) and the higher the green number the better for you. So, if you start Tom Brady and the opponents number is green 30 than that's great for Tom Brady and you want to start him. If the number is Red, say 2 then that means Brady's playing against the 2nd best defense against QBs. That what those numbers mean. Good luck!
