It's possible - but an easier solution would be to use a wire egg-slicer ! Kinda hard to describe, but... it's basically a plastic base with slots in. The disadvantage of using a food processor - is you have to cut the food items small enough to drop down the 'chute' to reach the blades. with both the above alternatives - you can keep the slices whole.
