What horror movie features little green men that live in the ground a monster that pulls somebody under a bed and possibly a Frankenstein type character as well?

Looking for similar movie. You might try "House". It has a frankenstien like monster that is an army guy named Ben.

The one I am looking for is older and the little green men look like Little Sprout from the Jolly Green Giant vegetables. In the one I remember they throw a straight razor from the towel closet through the shower curtain. Nobody has been able to tell me the name of that one.
