Howcast (youtube.com) made a whole series on how to beat portal 2. But if you need the explanation:

Step one: Find the redirection cube. Shoot a portal underneath where it is.

2.) shoot a portal somewhere else in the room.

3.) pick up the cube, walk to the laser and slowly rotate until you shoot the laser into the hole.

4.) walk up the Panels, and shoot a portal on the ground.

5.) Shoot a portal underneath the cube.

6.) Set the cube on the button.

EASIER WAY:

1.) get the cube by shooting a portal underneath it, and shoot a portal somewhere else.

2.) walk about 10 ft away from the elevated area with the door and put the cube down.

3.) jump on the cube, and shoot a portal near the door.

4.) shoot a portal somewhere else, then go into the portal, and set the cube down on the button.
