You can see a ghost anywhere but you can only see aghost when they show themselfs but inorder for them to do that they have to have alot of energy. But if you have a gift to be able to see them then you should be able to see them anywhere.

Well it is actually both because there ghost that want attention and some that don't want to be seen. that's mainly what I know how to answer this question.

dogs can not keep you safe from spirits or ghosts and i only know that because ghosts are not real and i don't think there going to keep you safe from spirits i mean like what would dogs do.

Well, there are some signs that I know. The first is when you're in a warm room and a cold chill just randomly passes by you. The next is if you're home alone (or nobody's around) and your hear something (not like the air conditioner or a pet). You may even hear footsteps when nobody's there. The problem here is we really just don't know, as we don't know just what outside of books or Hollywood what a Ghost really is. To me I find it very hard to except that no person in death is so far removed from God that he would ignore them, or better yet abandom them. I have always felt a Ghost is a energy fingerprint, and I feel it has no awareness of being, as it is not alive as we are, but this is my opinion.
