Why does paranormal activity happen?
Paranormal activity usually happens for several reasons.
-If a spirit is angry or has a mental grudge with the place of death it will stay there.
-The spirit, unhappy with the way it died is staying there. But unlike my first reason, this type of spirit is nonaggressive. in pain
-This spirits playful and doesn't want to leave.
-It may not be a spirit, it may be a demon in which you have unknowingly invited into an area. Usually through messing with spirits or constantly trying to tap into the spiritual world.
-Triumph, a ghost coming back to their place of their greatest achievement.
-And finally, the spirit may not know its dead, if its death was virtually quick, untimely or shocking, the ghost may not think its dead and go on with its life as if it was still living
How not to be scared of ghosts?
Just make yourself think that its just made by a computer and has nothing to do with life and that its a myth personaly i think ghosts are fake but i dont like watching videos about them or looking at pictures about them.

A dead family member cannot haunt you. You cannot communicate with them because they cannot hear you. Why? Because they are dead. They are dead and consious of nothing. Asleep in death. We do not have eternal souls that live after we die. This is why the Bible warns against divination or seances because the dead cannot respond. Satan or demons can respond and they can easily mimic dead relatives to get people to believe it is them.

Actually you can. A persons spirit can get out pf their living body which is called Astral Projection which occurs mostly when you are asleep. When asleep your body and mind can go into a special super relaxed phase, therefore allowing the spirit to venture out. The only way you could see someones spirit when their body is still alive is usually when you yourelf is out of your body. There might be acceptions to this.

No question that there are good and bad ghosts, and I usually like to believe that ghosts don't mean to cause harm to us. But here's my answer to your question.
Ghosts linger in homes and houses mainly because they were killed, so they had to stay behind and linger, waiting to be set free, or to be avenged. They can't rest peacefully until then.
Meeting with ghosts involves satanic rituals that will let you communicate with "ghosts." Although you may think your talking to a deceased person you're actually communicating with a demon tricking you into believing they were once a person. I would definitely not recommend trying to communicate with them because it may result in possession by the demon.
