Who are the people that can feel a spirits presents?
Hi there, seems to me that if you have to ask that question then you have felt a certain presence in your midst am I correct? Spirits are all around us, good and bad, at all times. If you have played a ouija board in your house you have willingly allowed them entrance into your life, your home.

Again, while there are skeptics, consider how people would react to the knowledge if they knew someone could literally kill or move objects with their mind. There are many things that the public doesn't know about, in large part because most people don't handle such information very well. It's okay if it's a possiblity, but if it's reality it's a different thing altogether.

Yes, the Del Monte Hotel is indeed very haunted. My wife and I stayed there and she saw a female spirit next to her bed around 3am. All ghosts are fallen angels (demons) who wish to hurt, torment and destroy people.

As far as we know, ghosts seem to be the spirits of people. So, you'll talk to them the same as you'd speak to anyone alive who has a body.
From past research, it seems that ghosts can hear you. However, many of them seem to have given up on anyone noticing them, so they may not reply.
In some cases, the ghost might answer you. If they do, you may not hear them and you'll need some sort of device -- like a voice recorder -- to communicate. Or, you may need to ask them to signal the answer (one knock for yes, two for no) on a wall, door, or table.
You can use a divinatory tool to get the answer. For example, you could use divining rods, also called dowsing rods. Some are specifically designed for ghost hunters.

Go to a cemetery by yourself after midnight and sit on any tombstone for three hours with your eyes closed. You don't need anyone to help you. You can do it yourself. Besides you'll have a lot of space for running, in case you to. This is the only way to find out if the ghosts are still there. If you are afraid of ghosts, I suggest you buy a ghost buster kit. Of course it is. Ghosts, although they do not seem it, are almost all human spirits. Demons and the like are ussually more powerfull then regular ghosts, being able to jump places. But it all depends on the person asking. I mean, if you truley believe in the paranormal, then it will be more attached to you than those around you. Or it may be a residual haunting, in which case it plays itself over and over again. But it usually has a set time and place if it's residual. But I suggest researching whatever else you want to know. Most things have to be figured out yourself.
