after you kill the monitor walk to the place where Johnson was shooting the laser and hug the cliff until you find a door. go through the door, kill the flood and sentinels then continue through the room until you get to a hallway with carrier flood, kill them then proceed to the end of the hallway and turn left and go up the ramp. kill the infection forms and get to the warthog. drive the warthog avoiding holes and such and you should end up at the frigate where you drive the hog off the ramp into the hangar
