Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows

One of the important lessons of the Harry Potter books is that while death is an unpleasant reality, death itself is not a problem - but the fear of death is.

Voldemort's whole power comes from the fear of death. Both Voldemort's own (Tom Riddle is terrified of dying), and the fear of death which the Deatheaters can discover in others.

When Lily Evans faces down Voldemort to protect the infant Harry - when Lily loses her fear of Death - Voldemort receives his first great wound.

Then, as the Boy Who Lived grows, Harry inspires those around him to lose their fear of death, and finally conquers his own - marking the end of Voldemort's reign.

Dumbledore is the first of the books' major characters to disregard death on his route to conquering Voldemort. But Dobby also has learned that there are things which are more important than mere existence. Even a house-elf has discovered reserves of courage which most of the officers at the Ministry of Magic are still too frightened to look for.

In Sorcerer's Stone, he has to purchase some stuff for school, and since he has never known he was a wizard, Hagrid comes with him. Hagrid taps a certain brick with his umbrella behind The Leaky Cauldron, into Diagon Alley, and in Diagon Alley there is a certain place where Gringotts is located.

All the Harry Potter books seem to be directed at children, but - in my opinion - Harry Potter 4 and later are somewhat sinister, say, for a child below 12 years or so. This applies both to the movies and the books.

Well in the USA harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows part 1 is but Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows part 2 isnt yet because it is just getting out of theaters.

Harry Potter was born in 1980. In the first book, he is eleven years old.

Harry is not dead at the end of the Deathly Hallows. The part of the soul that was transferred to him by Voldemort is now gone and he and Dumbledore have a conversation in a place that Harry belives is ''Kings Cross'' station. There does seem to be some idea that Harry is in a short of ''heaven''. Dumbledore tells him that he can go ''on'', however Harry decides to return to the battle and defeat Voldemort

Tom Riddle was known as Voldemort during his time at Hogwarts School to a few close friends. He essentially went through two transformations:

His first transformation was leading up to his first defeat when the protection charm backfired the Killing Curse he cast on Harry when he was a one year old. Up until this time he had created several Horcruxes each of which altered his physical features (for example: the white in his eyes being permanently blood red, and having a piece missing from his cheek).

His second transformation was after his resurrection when he appeared to be more serpent like than human. It is assumed that the injuries he incurred during the creation of his Horcruxes were some what healed after his resurrection due to them not being present. His soul however was still as damaged as it was over a decade before.

It is also assumed that his resurrection form is similar to his previous form as his followers appear to recognise him in the Riddle Graveyard. This is not specifically known however.

Harry Potter is the horcrux Voldemort never ment to make. Voldemort made 5, then when he tried to kill Harry when Harry was a baby, a part Voldemort attached to the only living left in the room; Harry Potter. So, yes, Harry Potter is the penultimate (sixth) horcrux. The last one (the seventh) was Nagini.

He dies in Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince (book 6). I don't mean to spoil it for anyone, but Severus Snape kills him because Draco Malfoy couldn't and that meant he would get the Elder Wand, not Dumbledore.

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows was set during the 1997-1998 time period, ultimately ending (with the Epilogue) in 2017.

In the 7th book harry and Ginny kiss on page 116. It does not last very long because Ron comes in through the door while they were kissing. When Ron came in harry and Ginny jumped apart.
