The Half Blood Prince is beautifully shot with one scene (I think) clearly demonstrating the superior cinematography methods used. When Harry and Draco are in the boys room fighting with their wands and Harry manages to catch Draco with the Septum Sempra curse, Draco is seen lying on the water flooded bathroom floor and Harry walks up to see what he has done. The moment Snape walks in and stands still over the bleeding body of Draco in the slowly swirling fog is so dramatic and beautiful! It is one of the most captivating shots in any film.

If I recall correctly, the Initials were R.A.B., standing for Regulus Arcturius Black.

The initials in the fake locket say R.A.B. We find out in 'The Deathly Hallows' that R.A.B. turned out to be Sirius Black's brother Regulus, who no longer wanted to be a Death Eater.
