In the Prisoner of Azkaban video game, you can get a lot of beans by dueling in the Great Hall. Go to the Great Hall and defeat your opponents. After you defeat the other team, there will be beans and potentially Wigginweld potions out on the stage. Grab them.
In the Goblet of Fire video game, they are scattered around everywhere.
