On Howrse how do you increase your horse's skills?
Ride, train, compete, and do lessons with your Howrse. You can use the water of youth BM item to double the number of lessons he can do, and pieces of cloud to send him back in time 4 months and do extra lessons.
you add skill to your Howrse by doing all the rides, training and playing with companions until you can't any more, the training will go up on a scroll button thing and so will the rides so you know when you have completed them and you will only loose energy with the companion when you have done all the games you can.

How do you put your horse to sleep on how?
Click the sleep button under the night tab on the left hand side of your horse's page, about half way down.
go onto the horses page and then go down to sleep it will have ageing points and sleep click on sleep and choose to put your horse in the meadow or box WARNING-your horse must be at least 6 months old or in a centre-WARNING
be careful! a horse or pony on howrse MUST have at the LEAST, 60% energy or the health will go down and your horse will die.

You don't. The automatic grooms work during the maintenance update from 7:00am GMT - 7:30am GMT.
If you have 20 or more boxes in your Equestrian Center you will need to hire at least 1 groom to keep them clean. This can be done on the Employees page of your EC.

In your equestrian center's forum, open up a new thread (a discussion will last longer than 30 days and not be auto-deleted if not posted in). Call it "Guest book" and invite visitor's to sign it. You can then do the same in return for them.
Why can't I give my friend a gift on Howrse?
1) You & the recipient must have been registered 10 days or more
2) They must not have negative karma
3) You can give a max of 7 items per week (3 shop items, 3 BM , 1 to
a non-friend - for this you must have an open EC forum set up)
