Are hydrocodone and Paxil safe to take together?
Not sure if you can mix these, But I'm getting ready to find out. I take paxil and vistaril for ptsd and anxiety. I know it's safe to mix it with vistaril, But we shall see in a few minutes. I'll keep you posted
Is it safe to take Klonopin while pregnant?

When used late in one's pregnancy, this could cause the child to suffer from benzodiazepine withdrawal which could include complications such as floppy infant syndrome, a reluctance to suck, impaired metabolic responses to cold stress, and more. Some of these symptoms may even persist for hours or months after birth. In short, although not conclusive, it might be best to stay off of this medication during one's pregnancy, or consult one's physician to find alternative medication which pose no threat to the development of the fetus.

There are no adverse effects of taking vitamin B-12 with Methadone. My doctor administers my B-12 shots and I am on a Methadone prescription for pain.

That's actually a null question...the question should be, "Why should I take two Lortab 7.5/500s instead of four 5/500s?" The answer to THAT question is, unless directed by your physician, you should not take more than 1000mg of Tylenol (acetaminophen) at one time, so that you can avoid liver damage. Also, do not take more than 4000mg of Tylenol in a 24 hour period. As a side note, hopefully you are asking about this medication because you have severe and/or chronic pain, and not for the "high" of which some speak!

Hydrocodone & tramadol are both opioid agonist analgesics. They are both micro (morphine) agonists, and (unlike buprenorphine), they are both full agonists, and not partial. Although tramadol's chemical structure is simpler than that of hydrocodone, its pharmacology is more complex. And even though their pharmacologies differ, somewhat, both share key features related to the prototype narcotic, codeine. Both tramadol and hydrocodone share a 3-methyl ether grouping (as does codeine), and all three are demethylated by the liver to corresponding, more active phenols. Although tramadol is arguably a less potent analgesic than hydrocodone, it is difficult to compare and contrast the relative ratio equivalencies between the two, because hydrocodone's absolute potency equivalency has not been established. In other words, unlike many other narcotics, experts do not agree on how potent and efficacious hydrocodone really is. The 500mg in each pill is Tylenol. If you look closely on your label you'll notice a 5/500mg printed there. The narcotic in each pill is only 5mg, so two of them would be only ten mg.. which is not that much. Just don't stack up on them because there is a lot of Tylenol in it.
