Avoid alcoholic beverages because they may increase the risk of side effects of this drug. This product contains acetaminophen which may cause liver damage. Daily use of alcohol and acetaminophen may increase your risk for liver damage (symptoms include yellowing eyes or skin, stomach pain, dark urine). Check with your doctor or pharmacist for more information. To minimize dizziness and lightheadedness, get up slowly when rising from a seated or lying position. The numbers you gave aren't the amount of Hydrocodone in the pill, the numbers on the bottle are usually something like 5/500, or 10/650. The larger number isn't the Hydrocodone, in a lot of cases, it is AP/AP (acetaminophen). Which taken at high levels, is deadly to your liver. Never take more than 4000mg of AP/AP a day, and over long periods of time, try not to go over 2500mg.
But you want the first number, that is the amount of Hydrocodone, the 650mg one has more Hydrocodone in it that the 500mg. For Medical purposes, the 10/650 will be stronger and help better with whatever pain you are in. If you are trying to get high, I recommend taking the 650mg ones because you don't need to take as many to get high, which means you take in less AP/AP. I do not recommend getting high off these drugs, due to their highly addictive properties, but I can't stop you if you do.
